The ENGLISH CROWN and ROYALTIES. Cause all the patents problem and the WORLD-WIDE MONEY PROBLEM comes not only from the BANKS and fiat monopoly money, but from the IP, intellectual property, over so called (That are not) inventions. As long as this terminology was used for technological problems, to solve tecnological matters, useful to live better, is one thing For example the invention of the wheel, or the eyeglasses, or the watch, or the knife, all these technological devices are useful and we could also say that someone invented them. More appropriate though would be 'discovered'. Now every discovery brings some utility, service to mankind. It might solve problems, it might create other problems. The perfect equation at the very high complex level we do not know it, and are unable to calculate it. This inability, the same scientists that caused the problem beleieve they will solve with QUantum Computers. The Big humanity shift into AI, the capture of humanity into the even worse and more cmplex web of AI, after the complexity of the web of Life. So when mankind will not be able even no more to ask the Judge why, for what reasons he or her has been sentenced to that sentence, well a computer instead of a reasonable hearted human being might be there to give hima ansewr he will not understand. WHY? Cause machnes are programmed in such a way, via algorythmes that are not transparent, are not accessible, are proprietary algorythms of the owners of the digital platforms, or because there is a contract of non disclosure. The Humanity of it all is lost. Because many times besides the duty of the Judges to provide clear information and disclosure of the reasons and arguments used to sentence to a certain penality, their method and reasonong, certain judgments are rather made with the heart than with the logic. Logic can sometimes, most often not caputure what the heart captures. Compassion for example. DO the shift of humanity and the legal profession into the digital Lawyer, the AI awyer is once again losing power, and giving power to the machones, delegating, and then WONDERING WHY WE ARE OPPRESED. We gave it away.
