Well the way to solve the problem of private property and it's abuse, the creation of giant monopolies, giant corporations, goes back to the analysis of Joseph Proudhon. And the disticntion between 'possession' and 'property'. We are entitelted to legitematly only have 'possession' of things for what we need for our living. We have the right to use it, and be the care-takers of the things of the eorld we need tolive. Thus not destroy them, not abuse them. This vision goes against the conception of property of the romans, where property is seen as the absolute right to use and abuse the proerty we own, to the pint we can destroy it. The main distinction thus is betwen 'possesion' and 'property', that are not the same thing. Possesion is the use of things. Property is the right to own it. None has proerty rights, cause the land belongs to all. Only to use it, without destroying it or abusing it.

We are not entiteled to property by 1. work 2. occupation. We are only entitled to have rights to possses, use= without abuse or destruction.

It is the civil law, droit civil, that establishes the property right. Why so? because it had to mediate between the principle of equality (justice) and that of hereditary succession.

The proportionality would be to make private property correspond to the mathematical equation of divinding the land by as many lots of people there are. Just like Jefferson did at the beginning of the colonization of the land of America. He starting dividing the land in lots according as to how many colonizers there were. Colonization was made at first as rush, the wild west. Then by Jefferson planned allocation of lots of lands to the new arrived colonizers.

To be fair the equation today would be to divide the land of the world to as many 8 billion people there are living on it. Perhaps this is why one of the reasons for skyscrapers was to put people living in vertical, rather than horizontal lines, to acquire space, have more space for all. Creating nonetheless other then consequential issues, problems.

Architecture, urabn planning, subdivison of land in private property allocations, and public domains. Law of the land. In virtual space the same mechanisms except that they are located in virtual space, hosted by public or private platforms, owned by private Corporations, or Public Companies.

The only real goods are the ones from the land. Property in virtual space is a scam.

The idea of the gansters giant Leviathan Corporations is to link their virtual private spaces to your physical bodies via biometric technolgies, so as to own you also in the 'virtual private space', and remotely control you either by surveillance technologies or micro-chip implants, or constrain you to re-locate from the public open air space of the real world, to the digital space of the 'multiverse' 'metaverse', aka their virtual fake world prvately owned by the platforms. Of course these platforms run of a number of physical infratructures, internet cables, located around the world in diffent geografical areas, geografic countries, land and sea. Thus the cables of the network of Satan could be discarded, as it has been done with the oil pipelines, the Nord Stream, etc. to exit the System, or destroy the Ssytem.

Thus the solution is to be provided to begin with the fair re-distribution for all of the PROFITS from land property, buisiness companies.
